Welcome to zealwell.co (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Niche Collective Ltd, trading as Zealwell (“Zealwell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16985404. Our registered office is 32 Belvedere Gardens, Basingstoke, RG24 8GB, United Kingdom.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information and marketing content about the Zealwell brand and its products, including Mussel Magic green-lipped mussel mobility chews for dogs. The Site also allows visitors to join product-launch and marketing email lists.

The Site does not currently process product orders, payments or checkout transactions. Products are purchased through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon and, where available, TikTok Shop. If we introduce direct sales through the Site, we will update these Terms and provide the applicable purchasing, delivery, cancellation and returns information before accepting orders.

2. Third-party marketplace purchases

When you follow a link from the Site to Amazon, TikTok Shop or another marketplace, you leave the Site. Your purchase is governed by the marketplace’s terms, privacy policy and purchasing conditions, together with any terms supplied by the seller identified on the relevant product listing.

Depending on the marketplace and country, Zealwell products may be offered by Niche Collective Ltd, Zealwell LLC or another authorised Zealwell seller identified on the listing. The identity of the seller responsible for your order will be shown on the marketplace listing or order confirmation.

Questions about payment, delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds or an individual marketplace order should be directed through the marketplace where the purchase was made. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

3. Product information and availability

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredient information and availability information on the Site are accurate. However, packaging, presentation, pricing, availability and other product details may change. The information shown on the relevant marketplace listing at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

Launch dates, expected stock-arrival dates and availability estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Joining a launch list does not reserve stock, create an order or guarantee that a product will be available on a particular date.

4. Marketing emails and launch notifications

If you join a Zealwell email list, we will use the details you provide to send the updates described at the point of sign-up. Where confirmation is required, your subscription will not become active until you complete the confirmation step.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us at nichecollectiveuk@gmail.com. Information about how we collect and use personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

5. No veterinary advice

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not veterinary advice and should not be used as a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified veterinary professional.

Always follow the product label and feeding directions. Consult a veterinarian before introducing a supplement if your dog has an existing health condition, is pregnant or nursing, is taking medication, or if you have any concerns about your dog’s health. Stop using a product and seek veterinary advice if your dog experiences an adverse reaction.

6. Permitted use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • misuse the Site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems;

  • introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the Site;

  • use automated tools to scrape or reproduce Site content without permission; or

  • use the Site in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our users or our legal rights.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, packaging artwork, logos and design elements—are owned by or licensed to Niche Collective Ltd, Zealwell LLC or the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Zealwell and Mussel Magic are brand and brand names associated with Zealwell products. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, marketplaces, social-media platforms and services. These links are provided for convenience and do not mean that we control or endorse every aspect of those services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party services. You should review their applicable terms and privacy information before using them.

9. Site availability

We aim to keep the Site available and operating properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or business reasons.

10. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that failure or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.

The Site is provided for personal and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from use of the Site by a business user.

Your rights and remedies relating to a product purchased through a third-party marketplace are also governed by the applicable seller and marketplace terms and by mandatory consumer law.

12. Changes to these Terms

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom or another country, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
