Niche Collective Ltd is the controller of the personal information described in this policy, except where another organisation, such as Amazon or Shopify, acts as a separate controller for its own services.

We do not buy email lists for the UK launch campaign.

Providing your email address for the launch list is optional. If you do not provide it, we cannot email you the requested launch updates. Joining the list does not reserve stock, create an account or require a purchase.

UK launch emails and other marketing

If you join the Mussel Magic UK launch list, we will use your email address to send the communications described at the point of signup, including product introductions, availability information and a launch reminder. We will not treat that consent as permission for unrelated email marketing.

If we later invite you to receive broader Zealwell news, offers or product marketing, we will provide a separate choice where required. We do not send marketing text messages merely because you joined the email list.

You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting nichecollectiveuk@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew consent. We may retain the minimum information needed to record your opt-out and prevent further marketing.

Amazon and other third-party purchase links

Our website may link to Amazon or another marketplace where Zealwell products can be purchased. When you follow such a link, the marketplace operates its own website, processes the purchase and handles personal information under its own privacy notice and terms. We do not receive your full payment-card information from Amazon.

The presence of a marketplace link does not mean that its privacy practices are controlled by us. Please review the relevant marketplace's privacy information before providing personal information there.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Services use technologies that are necessary for website operation, security, network management, form submission and remembering privacy choices. We may also use analytics or advertising technologies to understand website use, measure campaigns or personalise advertising.

We do not sell email addresses collected for the UK launch list.

Shopify

Our website is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes information to provide the platform and may also process certain information as an independent controller for its own stated purposes. Information submitted through the website may be processed by Shopify and its approved providers in countries outside the United Kingdom.

UK launch-list and marketing records: while you remain subscribed, with inactive subscription records reviewed after 24 months;
unsubscribe and suppression records: the minimum information required to respect your choice, retained for as long as reasonably necessary;
general enquiries and customer-support correspondence: normally up to 24 months after the matter is closed, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing issue or legal claim;
website security and technical records: normally up to 12 months, unless needed for investigation, security or legal purposes; and
direct transaction and accounting records, if applicable: normally six years after the end of the relevant financial year, or longer where the law requires.

We may delete or anonymise information sooner when it is no longer needed. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.
