All Zealwell "Mussel Magic" products are sold exclusively through Amazon.com and fulfilled via Amazon's fulfillment network (FBA). Because purchases are made and processed entirely on Amazon's platform, all returns, refunds, and order cancellations are handled directly through Amazon, in accordance with Amazon's own Returns Policy.
To request a return or refund:
- Log into your Amazon account
- Go to Your Orders
- Locate your Mussel Magic order and select Return or Replace Items
- Follow Amazon's prompts to complete your request
